We monitor flights constantly, there will not be any extra charges if the flight is delayed up to two hours; however, after two hours the company reserves the right to cancel.
Bookings cancelled 12 hours prior to pickup have no fee (except bank fees). For bookings canceled within 12 hours, please read our T&C.
Luggage capacity is displayed with every vehicle size on our website. It must not exceed the capacity of the vehicle or the company reserves the right to cancel.
Yes, we provide 45 minutes free waiting time for pickups from an airport. Further delays will be charged at £10 per half an hour.
