Our rates are fixed based on the shortest route. Any passenger-requested route changes will incur extra charges.

Luggage Limits
One set of luggage per person (Max 23kg suitcase + 1 hand luggage). Oversized items are the passenger's responsibility.
Cancellation Fees
- 12h+ Notice FREE*
- 6h - 12h Notice 50% Fee
- Under 6h / No-Show 100% Fee
Airport Waiting Time
We monitor your flight. Once you land, you have 45 minutes of free waiting time.
- After 45 mins £10 / 30m
- Flight Delays 1h Accommodated
Child Safety
Free child seats available upon request (subject to availability). Per UK law, children can travel in taxis without a seat in the rear if one is not provided.
