How can I make a booking?
Enter pickup/drop-off locations and date in our online form. Select your vehicle, enter passenger details, pickup time, and flight number. Click "Book Now" and choose to pay by card or cash. You can also book via online chat or our support phone.
Can I book over the phone?
Yes! Call 01582 801611 and our controlling staff will handle the booking for you.
How do I receive a booking confirmation?
A confirmation is sent to your provided email address. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us to correct any potential misspellings in the email address provided.
Can I book a return journey?
Yes. You are offered the return option during booking, or you can add it later even if you originally booked a one-way trip.
How can I pay for my journey?
Easy Go accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, and Cash to the driver. All barrier, car park, toll, and congestion fees are included in the price—no hidden costs.
What is the minimum notice for a booking?
This varies by location and vehicle, but we highly recommend booking at least 12 hours prior to your trip.
How do I locate my driver at the airport?
With "Meet and Greet," your driver waits inside the terminal with a name board. For standard transfers, you will receive a call or text once your flight lands to coordinate the meeting zone.
What if my flight is delayed?
Easy Go monitors flights and accommodates delays up to 45 minutes. If we cannot facilitate a longer delay due to capacity, we reserve the right to cancel and provide a full refund.
Are there charges for late arrival?
We allow 45 minutes of free waiting from landing. Thereafter, waiting is £20 per hour. We recommend requesting a deferred pickup time if immigration is expected to be slow.
What is the Meet and Greet service?
At an additional cost, the driver meets you inside the terminal with a board and assists with your luggage. This is available at all airports.
Do I need a working mobile phone?
Yes, to ensure a smooth pickup, you must have a working mobile so the driver can contact you regarding the meeting location.
Can I get a free baby/child car seat?
We provide a free child seat upon request (subject to availability). UK Law allows children to travel without one in a taxi if they are in the rear and under 3, or using an adult belt if 3+.
Which cities do you cover?
Easy Go is fully licensed and provides Private Hire Taxi Services Nationwide across the UK.
What size vehicle do I need?
Vehicle capacity for passengers and luggage is listed on the quote page. Please choose wisely; exceeding described capacity is strictly prohibited by UK law.
Do you provide VIP transfers?
Yes, we provide VIP Transfers with fully trained drivers and executive vehicles. Contact us for more information.
Can I smoke or bring pets?
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in all Easy Go vehicles in compliance with UK law and company policy.
